The role
Help our lead tech with unit turns, handyman jobs, and outdoor work as needed. Veteran- and minority-owned, South Side–native company.
You need
- Valid driver’s license + reliable personal vehicle
- Your own basic hand tools
- Prior handyman, maintenance, or field experience
- Ability to do physical indoor and outdoor work
Nice to have: apartments/unit turns, landscaping, or property maintenance.
